my name is angel ruzicka, aka aurethiya, and i am a two-time graduate of indiana university, holding a ba in communications and an ms in management.on the professional side, i have over eight years of experience in marketing, management, operations, and esports management.

currently

right now is very much a transitional time for me. about halfway through 2025, i started my own esports organisation, nova//sync. We are a competitive organisation that focuses on Overwatch 2 and Valorant. we are small but mighty, but i wanted to make a space for all marginalised players to grow in a competitive but accepting environment.

going into 2026, we are looking to make an even bigger splash than we already have. we are looking to grow larger, support each other, and win multiple titles this year. we are currently look to bring on new teams, content creators, and staff members to help us succeed. if you are interested, reach out to me on discord [user: aurethiya].
